RETURNS POLICY
All Returns Must Be Sent Back Within 7 Days (Malaysia) / 20 Days (Outside Malaysia) after contacting customerservice@naladesigns.com. Visit our Orders and Returns page in the Customer Service section at the bottom of this page, to check if your order qualifies for returns.
Please be aware that during the COVID-19 Pandemic and due to the Movement Restriction in Malaysia that returns and exchanges must be conducted using a DIRECT COURIER SERVICE during weekdays and cannot be sent after 5pm. While we will do everything we can to process requests, delays are to be expected and we will not tolerate harassment of staff. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.

Please be aware that during the COVID-19 Pandemic and due to the Movement Restriction in Malaysia there may be some delays to deliveries, especially internationally depending on international restrictions. While we will do everything we can to maintain normal delivery times, delays are to be expected and we thank you for your patience and understanding. WE WILL NOT REFUND FOR DELAYS IN DELIVERY.
