Gold handles all your messages, questions, concerns and happy notes. She also manages the warehouse with calm confidence, making her one of the few female warehouse managers in Malaysia. Her energy, work ethic and kindness keep everything moving smoothly, and she is an essential part of our team.
The Unagi Club

The Unagi Club has been part of our universe for one and a half years and works with us full time. They create all our Japanese content with a sensitivity and charm that is unmistakably theirs. Every cute detail you see from Japan, from photos to videos to tiny ideas that bring joy, comes from their hands. They prefer to stay behind the scenes, but their talent shapes a large part of what you experience.

Faiz is the eye behind our in-house photography, creating the warm, honest images that define our visual world. He works closely with Aris for mood shots, but all our daily visuals come through his lens. He has a rare gift for capturing people with truth and soul.
