• Do we rent out Kantoor for events?
A 6,000 square foot versatile space available for lease at Kantor Nala HQ, suitable for concerts, private dinners, celebrations, and thoughtful gatherings. The venue can be booked in full or by day parts, with three additional meeting spaces available. Our in-house team can support your event with cooking and full catering options. Price on request. • Do you create corporate gifts?
Yes. We work with companies of all sizes to create meaningful and beautiful gifts. From customised sets to branded collections, we can design something unique for your team, clients, or events.
• Can you create custom designs or patterns for brands?
Yes. We offer full custom design services. You may commission a unique pattern for your brand or choose a project where the rights remain with Nala. Contact us for a quotation and we will guide you through the options.
• Is your space available for events?
Yes. Our office, called Kantor, is available for rent for workshops, talks, shoots, or small gatherings. Rates are provided upon request.
• Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to most countries including the United States, Europe, Australia, Singapore, and across Asia. Shipping fees and timelines vary by destination.
• Do I need to pay import duties or taxes?
Some countries charge import duties or VAT. These charges are paid by the customer and depend on local regulations. If you need help, contact us and we will explain what to expect.
• Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. We supply selected boutiques, hotels, galleries, and retailers around the world. Share your store details with us and our team will be in touch.
• Do you organise workshops?
Yes. We love hosting workshops. We offer everything from silkscreen printing and watercolor painting to pattern making and other classical arts. Workshops require a minimum of ten participants and two to three weeks of advance planning. We also collaborate with brands for private or themed workshops. Past partners include Uniqlo, Mini, Jo Malone, La Cinza, and various hotels and companies.
• Where are your products made?
Our collections are produced across Malaysia, India, and other parts of Asia depending on the category. All artwork is hand-drawn in our studio.
• Are all your designs hand-drawn?
Yes. Every pattern begins with a pencil or brush. This is the soul of Nala and the reason our prints carry a personal, human touch.
• Do you restock sold out items?
Sometimes. Many pieces are made in small batches. If you love something, it is best to purchase it early. You can also join our mailing list for updates.
• What sizes do your garments come in?
We design for women of all body shapes. Size availability varies by product. Each item has a size guide and our team can help you choose the right fit.
• What is your return and exchange policy?
Discounted items are not refundable or exchangeable. For full priced items bought in store, you may exchange them within the specified period as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Online orders cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault or if we have sent you the wrong product. In these cases, we will arrange everything for you. Once the item is returned, you may choose an exchange or a refund.
• How long does shipping take?
Local deliveries usually take two to five working days. International timelines vary depending on the destination. Tracking details are provided once your order is shipped.
• Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes. You can choose store pickup at checkout. Please leave us a note at checkout or send us an email so we know you would like to pick up your order. We will notify you when it is ready.
• Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. We can gift wrap your order beautifully in the Nala style. Please leave a note at checkout or email us with the details of your gift. We will prepare it with care.
• How do I care for my Nala items?
Each product has its own care instructions. As a general guide, treat your cotton, canvas, and printed fabrics gently to preserve colours and details.
